R. Bruce Northcutt Director, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Northcutt has served in his current capacity since November 2009 and was President and Chief Operating Officer from April 2003 until November 2009. Mr. Northcutt served as President of El Paso Global Networks Company from November 2001 until April 2003; Managing Director of El Paso Global Networks Company from April 1999 until November 2001 and Vice President, Business Development of El Paso Gas Services Company from January 1998 until April 1999. From 1988 until 1998, Mr. Northcutt held various levels of responsibility within several business units of El Paso Energy and its predecessor, Tenneco Energy, including supervision of pipeline supply and marketing as well as regulatory functions. He began his career with Tenneco Oil Exploration and Production in 1982, working in the areas of drilling and production engineering. Mr. Northcutt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
Douglas L. Lawing Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Mr. Lawing has served in his current capacity since August 2009 and was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from November 2007 until August 2009. Mr. Lawing served as our Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from October 2004 until November 2007 and previously served as our General Counsel beginning in November 2003. From January 2002 until November 2003, Mr. Lawing served as our Corporate Counsel. Mr. Lawing has served as Corporate Secretary of our company and its predecessors since February 1994. Additionally, from March 1998 until January 2002, Mr. Lawing served as an Associate Counsel of Nabors Industries, Inc. (now Nabors Industries Ltd.), a land drilling contractor. Mr. Lawing holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a J.D. from Washington and Lee University.
Carl A. Luna Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Luna has served in his current capacity since October 2009. Beginning in August 2009, he served as our Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate Development and Interim Chief Financial Officer, and from May 2006 until August 2009, he served as our Vice President, Finance. Mr. Luna began his career with us in August 2005 as a financial consultant. From 1997 until 2005, he served as a Vice President in the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance Group of J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. Mr. Luna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Rice University. Mr. Luna serves as Treasurer and is a member of the Board of the National Association of Publicly Traded Partnerships.
Lari Paradee Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer
Ms. Paradee has served in her current capacity since August 2009. She served as Vice President and Controller from July 2003 until August 2009. From September 2000 until March 2003, Ms. Paradee served as Accounting and Consolidations Manager for Intergen, a global power generation company jointly owned by Shell Generating (Holdings) B.V. and Bechtel Enterprises Energy B.V. Ms. Paradee served as Vice President and Controller of DeepTech International, Inc. (an offshore pipeline and exploration and production company) from May 1991 until August 1998, when DeepTech was merged into El Paso Energy Corporation. Ms. Paradee then served as Manager, Finance and Administration of El Paso Energy until March 2000. From 1987 to 1991, Ms. Paradee served in various accounting and internal audit positions with American Exploration Company. She began her career in 1985 as a Staff Auditor and then as a Senior Auditor for Price Waterhouse. Ms. Paradee graduated magna cum laude from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Sharon J. Robinson Senior Vice President, Oklahoma and Rocky Mountains - President and Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Robinson has served in her current capacity since May 2010, when she was named President and Chief Operating Officer of our Rocky Mountains business segment. Ms. Robinson was appointed Senior Vice President of Copano in August 2009, and has served as President of our Oklahoma business segment since August 2007 and Chief Operating Officer of that segment since June 2008. She joined Copano as Vice President, Commercial Activities, for our Oklahoma business segment in August 2005, when we acquired ScissorTail Energy, LLC. From July 2000 to August 2007, Ms. Robinson served in various commercial roles for ScissorTail. Ms. Robinson worked for Tejas Gas Corporation (a public midstream company) from July 1993 through December 1999 in both commercial and engineering positions. She began her career as a project engineer with Cities Service Oil Company, which later became Occidental Petroleum, in December 1981 and continued through March 1992. Ms. Robinson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma. Ms. Robinson also serves on the Board of Directors of the Gas Processors Association.
James E. Wade Senior Vice President, Texas - President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Wade has served in his current capacity since April 2010. From March 2006 until April 2010, he served as Vice President, Gas Supply, Marketing and Business Development for Southern Union Gas Services (formerly Sid Richardson Energy Services), a subsidiary of Southern Union Company. He was Vice President of Sid Richardson Energy Services from 1998 until 2006, when it was acquired by Southern Union. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Wade was Vice President of Aquila Gas Pipeline Corporation. He began his career at Tenneco Inc. in 1984, where he held various positions at Tenneco Oil Company, Tennessee Gas Pipeline and Tenngasco. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas. Mr. Wade has served as chairman of and continues to serve on the Board of the Texas Pipeline Association.
John N. Goodpasture Senior Vice President, Corporate Development
Mr. Goodpasture has served in his current capacity since June 2010. From 2001 until 2009, he served as Vice President, Corporate Development of Texas Eastern Products Pipeline Company, L.L.C., the general partner of TEPPCO Partners, L.P., and in 2003 he also assumed executive responsibility for TEPPCO's midstream segment. Mr. Goodpasture served as Vice President, Business Development of Enron Transportation Services from 1999 until 2001. From 1980 to 1999, Mr. Goodpasture served in various capacities with Seagull Energy Corporation, ending his tenure there as President of Seagull Pipeline & Marketing Company. He began his career in 1970 at Union Carbide Corporation, where he held various positions. Mr. Goodpasture holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University. He is also a member of the board of directors of Blue Dolphin Energy Company.
Kathryn S. De Young Vice President, Government and Regulatory Affairs
Ms. DeYoung has served in her current capacity since March 2005. Ms. DeYoung is responsible for coordinating government affairs activities and compliance with state and federal regulations. Ms. DeYoung has been with us since our inception in 1992, and from August 2001 through February 2005, Ms. DeYoung served as our Senior Director, Operations Services. From June 1992 until August 2001, she served as our Director of Operations Services, where her duties included regulatory compliance and risk management. Ms. DeYoung attended the University of St. Thomas and the University of Houston.
Stephen J. Uthoff Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Mr. Uthoff has served in his current capacity since January 2008. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Uthoff served as Chief Information Officer for Interstate Bakeries Corporation from January 2005 until May 2007 and as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Service Corporation International from January 2000 until August 2004. From April 1987 until July 1999, Mr. Uthoff worked for Browning Ferris Industries, first as Divisional Vice President, Taxes, then as Divisional Vice President, Planning and Analysis, and finally as Vice President, Planning and Analysis. Mr. Uthoff began his career with Deloitte & Touche, LLP and later served as Assistant Controller for Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company. Mr. Uthoff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Accounting, both from Oklahoma State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

James E. Wade Senior Vice President, Texas - President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Wade has served in his current capacity since April 2010. From March 2006 until April 2010, he served as Vice President, Gas Supply, Marketing and Business Development for Southern Union Gas Services (formerly Sid Richardson Energy Services), a subsidiary of Southern Union Company. Mr. Eckhart has served in his current capacity since March 2002. From January 1998 until March 2002, Mr. Eckhart served as our Vice President, Business Development and from February 1997 to January 1998, he served as Vice President, Operations. From 1979 to 1997, Mr. Eckhart held various engineering and management positions with Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America and other subsidiaries of MidCon Corporation, a predecessor of Kinder Morgan Inc. Mr. Eckhart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University.
James J. Gibson , III Texas - Senior Vice President, Processing
Mr. Gibson has served in his current capacity since June 2010, and previously served as Vice President, Processing since joining us in October 2001. From 1998 until September 2001, Mr. Gibson served as Manager, Business Development Texas Gas Plants of Coral Energy, LLC, an affiliate of Shell Oil Company. From 1997 until 1998, he served as Director, Gas Processing and Treating Services for Corpus Christi Natural Gas, Inc. From 1993 until 1997, Mr. Gibson was self employed as a consultant to several midstream energy companies operating in Texas. From 1980 until 1992, he served as gas plant engineer for Houston Oil & Minerals Corporation. Mr. Gibson began his career in 1969 as an engineer with Sun Oil Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Gas Engineering from Texas A&M University, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
James R. Doss Texas Vice President, Operations
Mr. Doss has served in his current capacity since January 2012 and is responsible for all Texas field operations. From November 2005 to January 2012, Mr. Doss served as Senior Director, Project Engineering for our Texas business segment. Mr. Doss began his career in 1981 with Phillips Pipe Line Company (a subsidiary of Phillips Petroleum Company), served as a project manager for Service and Technology Corporation, and has held engineering positions with Coastal States Crude Gathering Company and Buckeye Gulf Coast Pipe Lines. Mr. Doss holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Illinois, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.
J. Terrell White Texas - Vice President, Engineering
Mr. White has served in his current capacity since January 2012. From January 1998 to December 2011, he served as Vice President, Operations of our Texas Gulf Coast operating subsidiaries. From 1990 until 1997, Mr. White served in engineering, project management and business development roles of increasing responsibility with Enron Liquid Services Corp., and from February 1997 until January 1998, with TransCanada Energy USA, Inc., following its acquisition of certain Enron midstream assets. From 1985 until 1990, Mr. White was an engineer with Mobil E&P SE, Inc. and Mobil Chemical, involved primarily in gas processing, fractionation, gathering and NGL transportation. Mr. White holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma.
Jamie M. Howe Jr. Texas Vice President and Controller
Mr. Howe has served in his current capacity since joining us in November 2011. Mr. Howe worked for Crosstex Energy Services from 2004 until November 2011, initially as Director of Internal Audit and, beginning in 2006, as Vice President, Gas and Liquids Accounting. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Howe was a senior manager in the energy industry consulting practice of Arthur Andersen LLP. Prior to joining Arthur Andersen, he worked at Baker Hughes, Pioneer Natural Resources and US Analytics in a variety of finance and accounting roles. Mr. Howe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Journalism from the University of Arkansas and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Fiegener has served in his current capacity since January 2012. He joined Copano as Vice President, Operations for our Oklahoma business segment in August 2005, when we acquired ScissorTail Energy, LLC. In May 2010 he was also named Vice President, Operations for our Rocky Mountains business segment. Previously, Mr. Fiegener served as General Manager of ScissorTail from its formation in July 2000 to June 2003, when he was appointed Vice President, Operations. Mr. Fiegener served as District Manager for Enogex, Inc. from July 1999 to July 2000, and as Regional Manager and other positions with Tejas Gas Corporation from August 1982 to July 1999. He began his career with Transok, LLC in August 1982 as an Engine/Vibration Analyst. Mr. Fiegener holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University.
Thomas A. Coleman Oklahoma, Rocky Mountains - Senior Vice President, Engineering
Mr. Coleman has served in his current capacity since January 2012. He joined Copano as Vice President, Engineering for our Oklahoma business segment in August 2005, when we acquired ScissorTail Energy, LLC. In May 2010, he was also named Vice President, Engineering for our Rocky Mountains business segment. Previously, Mr. Coleman joined ScissorTail as Manager of Engineering in September 2000. From July 1993 to December 1999, Mr. Coleman was senior design engineer and project manager at Tejas Gas Corporation. He was employed at Willbros Engineers (a pipeline consulting company) from March 1989 to July 1993 and from December 1999 to September 2000 as a project scheduler, field engineer and lead design engineer. Mr. Coleman began his career at Public Service Company of Oklahoma (an electric utility company) and worked from 1982 to 1989 as a power plant performance engineer. Mr. Coleman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tulsa and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma.
Gregory L. Lang Oklahoma, Rocky Mountains - Vice President, Commercial Activities
Mr. Lang has served in his current capacity since May 2008. He joined Copano as Commercial Account Manger for our Oklahoma business segment in August 2005, when we acquired ScissorTail Energy, LLC. He joined ScissorTail as a Commercial Account Manger In June 2003. From May 1990 to May 2003, Mr. Lang managed commercial and business development activities in the Mid-Continent, Gulf Coast and Rocky Mountains regions for Duke Energy Field Services and Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company. Prior to May 1990, Mr. Lang served in several supervisory roles within the gas operations and corporate areas of Texas Eastern Gas Pipeline Company and Panhandle Eastern Corporation. Mr. Lang began his career in 1979 as an analyst for Transwestern Gas Pipeline Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Texas Eastern Gas Pipeline Company. Mr. Lang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and finance from Houston Baptist University. Mr. Lang serves on the Advisory Counsel for the Commission on Marginally Producing Oil & Gas Wells and is a member of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association, the Natural Gas and Energy Association of Oklahoma and the Osage Producers Association.
Bruce A. Roderick Oklahoma, Rocky Mountains - Vice President, Accounting and Administration
Mr. Roderick has served as Vice President, Accounting and Administration for our Oklahoma business segment since we acquired ScissorTail Energy, LLC in August 2005. He had previously served as Vice President, Accounting and Administration for ScissorTail since its formation in July 2000. Mr. Roderick served as Vice President, Accounting and Administration and in other positions with Tejas Gas Corporation (a midstream gathering company) from April 1997 to September 1999. Mr. Roderick served as Director of Power marketing for Central and Southwest Corporation (a public utility holding company) from March 1996 to April 1997. Mr. Roderick served Transok, LLC from February 1987 to March 1996 in leadership roles over Information Technology, Strategic Planning, Gas and Volume Control and Fuel Acquisition. He began his career in 1980 as an information technology consultant with Arthur Young & Company.
